As many details as you can regarding:
The type of project (which marketing channels/tasks you need), your desired timeline/deadline, your overall project goals, any challenges you’re facing, and any existing brand information/data/guides/elements relevant to the project.

After your initial inquiry email, I will reply with my availability and rates. Once you agree, I’ll send over a contract for us both to sign as well as a payment link for the first half of the fee. The contract will include the check-in points and deadlines for any drafts and final delivery of projects for you.
Depending on the project nature, I may schedule one or several Zoom calls so that I can get up to speed on your brand’s situation. All other updates and deliverables will be sent via email.

Send Alison an email with any questions you might have about what the right type of project you think you’re looking for and she can direct you. It’s also okay if you don’t know what strategies, channels, or platforms you would like to use in your business - we can help!

Scheduled sessions may be rescheduled with a notice of 24 hours or more in advance. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $50 fee.
Cancellation and refund requests must be made 7 days in advance of a scheduled session to be honored. No refunds will be given after a scheduled session has occurred for any reason.
Contracted projects require half of the payment at the start of work and half upon completion of the project. No refunds are available for contracted work.
